At Esscenzas, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Fragrances that have been sprayed, tested, or tampered with do not qualify for a refund.
• Gift sets must be returned in full, including all components.
Important: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on used products.
How to Request a Refund
1. Email support@esscenzas.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief reason for the return
• (If applicable) Photos of the item received
2. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
3. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed.
Refund Method
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping Costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email photos and your order number to support@esscenzas.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used fragrances
• Final sale or clearance items
• Customized or special-order products
