Shipping Times & Processing
• Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Delivery Timeframes:
• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
• International Shipping: 7–15 business days (may vary based on customs)
Please note: Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Carriers

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Costs

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or shows as delivered but you did not receive it:
• Wait 48 hours — sometimes carriers update delivery status early.

Esscenzas is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
